We were extremely scared to stay at Zen for their reviews but decided to take the chance since the price/location and free airport transfers seemed like a good deal to us. And let me tell you: WOW. THEY REALLY SURPRISED US! The place needs a bit of love and TLC but overall it does the job. They get you from and to the airport on the day of travels. They get you from and to the beach. They get you from and to the train station and it's all free! Most of the staff is absolutely lovely and they will make sure you're having a great time. We have seen staff speak Spanish, Italian, English, Arabic and many other languages I mean how much more can you ask for? It is a 3 star hotel so don't expect a 4 or 5 star service or facilities as that would be foolish. The room is comfortable and came with a nice terrace where we enjoyed some take out. The bed was not huge but enough for the 2 of us. There's a mini fridge that will get your water cold and crisp which is perfect. I've seen many people complain about the single long pillow we actually enjoyed it but there's a spare one in the closet if you don't fancy it. Not much more to add other than there's a pool which is open up until 9pm with a bar that serves food and drinks including ice creams and smoothies. There's a pizzeria which the food is to die for operating 7pm to 11pm everyday and it feels like Nonnas kitchen, really affordable for what you get as I had seafood pasta for 12€ !! We made sure communication was clear throughout our stay as we would hate to see something wrong and come on a app and complain, it's so much easier to talk about it and the staff would look into it for you. It's a must in torremolinos and we will be back VERY soon with our family! Thank you Zen family.

Hotel zen is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels given each day also. The air conditioning is brilliant. There is a little area to sit outside your room with a little table and benches. The pool bar sells a variety of food and drinks. The slushies and smoothies were my favourite. The main restaurant is more pizza and pasta dishes. The pizza is pretty good. There is a courtesy but that will bring you down to the beach were you find a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops and will then pick you back up at certain times during the day. We found this very handy. I've been twice to Zen Hotel and would definitely return again.

We were looking for an inexpensive Hotel close to the airport. I was not expecting much, however the staff were great, the Hotel is very clean and somewhat Funky. It is not luxurious but it fit the bill. As a bonus it has a Resturant which again is small, but the Pizza and Salad was inexpensive and quite spectacular. If someone can answer a question........the Olive Oil used in the restaurant was extremely tasty..........was it infused with Herbs????

The room we had this time was very noisy.we were staying for a week, some only stay one two nights think need to look more who's staying longer lots of early morning flights people getting up. We stayed in 407. Before 120 ithink grass out back no one walking past door all hours in night. Other than that very good. Wont put me off staying again. Pool facilities good.

Clean room with balcony overlooking the sea, but a long way off. Walk to the bus stop about 5 minutes then 35 minute drive to town. (Only small denomination notes or coins accepted on the bus and on the return trip we had t o buy a ticket before we could board the bus - no cash or cards accepted) The shuttle back to the airport worked fine and was excellent
